Having the right equipment in hand can help your leader escape capture,destroy a building or save a life. This tutorial will walk you through purchasing equipment and assigning it to a leader. Because equipment does you no good unless you have assigned a leader to use it.

  1. From the main page of the Military Academy you will need to click the type of equipment you want to purchase. In this walk through we will buy a weapon and some weapon accessories. So to continue click the 'Weapon' link under the Purchase Equipment.

  2. I have increased my leader Maximus to level 2 in Small Arms so he will be able to use any equipment that requires a Small Arms level of 2 or lower. So in this case he can use PERSEC100 Pistol or a Suppression Stick. Once he gains another level he will be able to use a Predator pistol. But for now I will just click the purchase button next to the PERSEC100 as it will give me a +3 bonus versus a +1 bonus with the Suppression Stick.

  3. You will be brought back to the Military Academy with a display message that you have just purchased a PERSEC100. The weapon is also displayed as unassigned in the Inventory section. Before we continue we are going to go back to purchase some weapon accessories to give us even more of a bonus.
  4. Again since Maximus is at level 2 we will only be able to make use of the Gas Vent accessories and receive an additional +2 bonus.

  5. You will again be brought back to the Military Academy show that the Gas Vent was purchased and that both the PERSEC100 and Gas Vent are unassigned.

  6. To assign the PERSEC100 to a Maximus select his name from the respective drop down menu and click the Update button.
  7. Clicking the Update button will remove the gun from your equipment list. But fear not it’s not gone forever! Assign the Gas Vent to your leader and I will show you where you can find it!
  8. Good I’m glad to see that you trust me. If you click on the leaders name you will now see all of the equipment that he currently has equipped and will use on any future Training sessions or Contracts.
