Developing Leaders

Do you wish to create a a techno-wizard, a silent assasin, or maybe a briliant military genious? It's up to you to create your leader however you want. From the academy you are able to create a planetary leader. You are then able to select and accomplish various jobs to increase their skills. You are also able to purchase different weapons and equipment to aid your leader in those duties. At any point you may create an in-game contract that any player may accept on behalf of their leader. Those contracts can range from assasination of a leader, blowing up buildings, stealing resources and many others.
